Ningbo Sunnice Hardware Industrial Co., Ltd specializes in locksets and handles manufacturing. It is located in Ningbo city, Zhejiang province of mainland China, next to Beilun Port, which is the second biggest port in China and the fifth rare deep-water harbor in the world. It takes only 3 hours drive or 30 minutes flight to Shanghai.

Restructured & developed in accordance with requirements of modern enterprises since it was founded in 1999 , the Company consists of three major organizations at present as Dongxiao Forging Factory, Mingda Machining & Polishing Factory and Beilun Plating Factory. It covers an area of 36,000 square metres and has 1200 employees, boasts a group of key technical staff for new products design, tooling development with the aid of software application, technology & process updating as well as quality control, including 100 professional technicians and 50 excellent tooling manufacturing personnel. In the year of 2004, the Company achieved ISO 9001:2000 international quality management system certification and it is one of the first Cleaner Production Enterprises and Cleaner Production Demonstration Enterprises in Ningbo.

Since its establishment, the Company has been providing OEM products for around 10 European & American famous doors & windows manufacturers or by using brass, stainless steel, zinc, aluminium, plastic and other materials to cooperatively produce in various specifications of bolt locks, other locks, window locks, cylinders, back-plate pull handles as well as other accessories to serve the customers.

Production Advantages

The Company boasts a complete production system and rich human resources. From the primary processing of raw materials as forging of brass, stainless steel and aluminum, die-casting of zinc & aluminum to stamping, machining and CNC facilities, it uses vernier, 3 D coordernate measuring machine, profile projector and other measuring instruments to guanrantee the accuracy of products measurements and stability of mechanical performance. Quality control will gradually tend to digital and standardization.

The Company invested a large sum of money in cylinders production to provide qualified products to the customers through advanced equipments, specific technology together with perfect quality control system.

Raw material is essential to ensure qualified products. The Company chooses the materials according to the products level and customer’s requirements, has never taken fake materials as good nominally materials. Raw brass materials are sourced from South Korea, zinc, aluminum and stainless steel are sourced from the best domestic markets. The material supplier shall provide quality guarantee, chemical analysis sheet and the Company will use spectrograph to check and approve before being put it into production.

Surface finish treatment is the key point of quality control, it is also the advantage of production. The Company has formed a complete production system integrating polishing, brushing, powder coating, lacquering and plating after products being machined. Currently, it has more than 300 skillful polishing workers, 2 powder coating & lacquering lines, 2 auto plating lines, 5 manual plating lines and 1 dyeing & coloring ORB production line.

Beilun plating has 30 years history and it often exchanges advanced electroplating process & technology, production facilities, fine plating materials with plating experts at home and abroad. At present, we can provide customers common plating such as polished chrome, satin chrome, nickle plated, brass plated, zinc plated and Cr3+? passivation, meanwhile, we have advantages in dyeing, coloring and oil rubbed.

We can make more than ten different surface finishes with stable quality and even color & lustre. The Company is equipped with 3 PVD machines and can provide PVD brass, satin brass, nickel, satin nickel, black and bronze on the substrate of brass, zinc, stainless steel, aluminum, steel and plastic. The salt spray test on brass and stainless steel substrates with PVD treatment can reach 1000hrs and 500hrs on zinc and aluminum substrates. By means of thickness gauge, gloss meter and other presicion measuring apparatus along with salt spray test and electroplating solution test, plating quality of products are highly guaranteed. Beilun Plating gains a good reputation in the circles of plating and won the honor of Star Enterprise granted by Electroplating Division of China Engineering Association. It has assisted the customers to win more market shares and increased the competitive capability.? ??

The Company positively adapts itself to the market, proceeds from saving cost for customers, it develops production procedures of aluminum material, including anodization, coloring, dyeing, PVD surface treatment which makes the aluminum products become more and more matured.

In May of 1992, the Company cooperated with the Academy of Zhejiang Environmental Protection Sciences to lauch the project of electroplating synthesis waste water treatment. It applied close-circuit circulation of coppery and nickelic waste water tank edge ion exchange together with anti-penetration membrane technology which made the waste water treatment meeting the requirments of national discharge standard and waste water recycling rate reached 50%, environmental protection obtained remarkable achievements .
